Kate is an archival and records management expert, presently developing and implementing policies and procedures related records retention and disposition, as well as preservation at an academic institution.  In her role as Assessment Director she is tasked with managing the operations of a psychological assessment center, which provides access to psychological batteries to faculty and students.  Kate is graduating with her PhD in Organizational Leadership in July, 2015. Her dissertation research focused on knowledge management processes, and examined the nature of knowledge transfer among differentiated constituents in the higher education setting.  Kate is currently a board member of the Academy of Management, ARMA Chicago, and has been on the KM Board since 2014.
